Whether your current limitation is due to pain affecting mobility, chronic discomfort or childhood developmental delays due to retained reflexes, Sandy uses a blend of somatic modalities as she approaches every client session with a nurturing presence, a broad-base of knowledge and an impressive skill-set. She credits the depth of her knowledge in mechanics and antomy of human muscles to her education in Kinesiology.

Licensed, certified and enthusiastic about helping people find ease and reach new milestones, Sandy has worked in the area of wellness since 2000. Sandy is a New Jersey State Licensed Massage Therapist and a Stress Management Coach and Therapist. Her skills as an LMT are vast and respected in the Industry and her SMC-C allows her to successfully assist people not only cope with, but learn to embrace, change - within them and around them.

In addition to her independent work as an LMT and SMC-C, in 2008 Sandy joined the team of Crossroads Center of NJ as a Neurodevelopmental Therapist. While working with the chronically ill, pained, neurologically impaired and physically challenged, Sandy has gained insight into many barriers and interruptions of flow with regard to health, movement, development and learning.
